Your needs:

  • Training plan

  • Training plan for MDR decision-making

  • Improve training consistency, reduce audit findings, and accelerate competency build-up

This document is used to plan and control formal training sessions, ensuring consistent delivery and objective evidence that training was prepared, approved, and evaluated.

It captures the essentials needed for training governance. Training effectiveness means verifying whether objectives were achieved (here via a questionnaire); it matters because training must be demonstrably effective, not only delivered. Instructional Methods are the defined teaching approaches; it matters because the method must fit the learning goal and audience.

  • Approved training documentation and controlled revisions

  • Clear objectives linked to the requirements addressed

  • Defined delivery methods and required participant resources

  • Structured agenda with logistics (timings, breaks, location)

  • Evidence of effectiveness via trainee questionnaire feedback

At Lexqara, we help you turn this plan into an audit-ready training package (materials, attendance evidence, effectiveness checks) and align it with your competency management approach.
