Training Program

Training Program

Description:
This Training Program helps us plan, track, and evidence scheduled trainings over a calendar year in one controlled matrix.

  • Assign a unique Item number for each planned session

  • Define the Training Description (title and purpose of the session)

  • Select the Type of Training (e.g., Awareness training, Refresher training)

  • List Attendees (department and/or named participants)

  • Identify the Trainer responsible for delivery

  • Set Planned Duration (e.g., 2h, 1 day)

  • Record the planned date / date when performed across Jan–Dec

Your needs:

  • Training program template

  • Training program template for MDR decision-making

  • Improve training visibility, reduce gaps, and strengthen audit-ready evidence

Use this document to build an annual training roadmap and maintain clear proof of what was planned versus what was completed, by month and by audience.

Key requirements are captured consistently across teams. Planned Training means a scheduled session not yet delivered; it matters because it drives resourcing and timing. Completed Training means delivery is confirmed; it matters because it supports objective training evidence.

  • Defined Type of Training selection from a controlled list

  • Documented Attendees and Trainer for traceability

  • Stated Planned Duration to set expectations

  • Monthly recording (Jan–Dec) of planned/performed dates

  • Single-matrix visibility for planning versus completion

At Lexqara, we help you tailor the program to your organisation, connect it to competency needs, and deploy practical training governance (planning, records, and effectiveness follow-up).
